The PARLEC B40-75SM2 is a BT40 taper shank shell mill holder engineered for precision face milling and shell milling operations on CNC machining centers. It features a 0.75 inch pilot diameter and a 1.75 inch nose diameter, with a projection from flange to nose end of 2.0 inches. Through-spindle coolant delivery keeps cutting zones flooded during operation, extending tool life and improving chip evacuation. The holder is balanced to 30,000 RPM, making it suitable for high-speed spindle applications where runout control is critical. Total Indicated Runout (TIR) is rated at 0.0002 inches. Note: through-coolant operation requires Parlec 028-192C, sold separately. A licensed machinist or CNC setup technician installs this holder.

This shell mill holder is intended for use with CNC vertical or horizontal machining centers equipped with a BT40 spindle interface.
