The PARKER R119-12CG/M2 is a heavy-duty T-handle compressed air regulator rated for up to 300 psi supply pressure and a maximum air flow of 500 CFM. Built on Parker's R119 series platform, this regulator features a zinc body and a 1-1/2 inch NPT port, making it suited for high-flow industrial compressed air systems. A pressure gauge is included and a 1/4 inch gauge port thread is provided for direct mounting. The integrated relief function allows controlled pressure release without additional fittings. Licensed mechanical contractors and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers for this class of regulator.
The R119-12CG/M2 is designed for compressed air service in demanding industrial and commercial environments where large-diameter supply lines and high flow rates are common. The 1-1/2 inch NPT end connections accommodate main-line installations on compressor distribution headers, production equipment drops, and similar high-volume air systems. The unit operates across a pressure regulation range of 2 to 125 psi output, accommodating a wide variety of downstream tools and pneumatic equipment. Minimum operating temperature is 40 degrees F.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct upgrade for industrial compressed air distribution systems requiring a 1-1/2 inch NPT heavy-duty regulator in the Parker R119 series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or licensed pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and OSHA compressed air system requirements. Depressurize the entire upstream supply line and verify zero pressure before removing or installing the regulator. Use appropriate thread sealant rated for compressed air service on all NPT connections. Do not exceed the 300 psi maximum supply pressure rating at any time during operation.
