The PARKER PS954P is a modular body connector designed for use in FRL (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) assemblies. It creates a rigid, leak-free mechanical link between adjacent modular FRL units in a compressed air preparation system. The connector body is made from nitrile, which provides reliable resistance to petroleum-based lubricants and oils commonly present in compressed air circuits. This part is sold individually and is intended for installation by pneumatic system technicians, millwrights, or pipefitters working on compressed air distribution and conditioning equipment.
The PS954P is used when building or expanding a modular FRL station on Series 05 components. Modular FRL systems are common in industrial, commercial, and light manufacturing environments where compressed air quality and pressure must be regulated before reaching pneumatic tools, actuators, or control valves. The connector allows technicians to combine filter, regulator, and lubricator bodies into a single inline assembly without additional tubing or fittings between units.
Designed for use with PARKER Series 05 modular FRL components as a body-to-body connector in compressed air preparation assemblies.
Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before disassembling or adding to any FRL modular station. Modular body connectors should be seated fully and evenly to maintain an airtight interface between units. A licensed millwright, pipefitter, or qualified pneumatics technician should verify system pressure ratings and reassemble per the manufacturer assembly instructions. Refer to applicable local mechanical codes and OSHA lockout-tagout procedures before beginning work.
