The PARKER PS830P is a Grade 10 replacement filter element designed for use with Parker coalescing filters. Coalescing filters remove oil aerosols, water aerosols, and fine particulates from compressed air lines, protecting downstream equipment and processes. The PS830P is the service element for this filter stage, swapped out during routine maintenance to restore filtration efficiency. A Grade 10 rating indicates the element is suited for general-duty coalescing service at this filtration level. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers and service personnel for compressed air filtration systems.
The PS830P replacement element is designed for use with Parker Series 12F coalescing filters. It is also cross-referenced to Speed-Aire model 3JV66. These filter assemblies are found in commercial and industrial compressed air systems where clean, dry air is required for pneumatic tools, instrumentation, spray equipment, and HVAC controls. The element weighs 0.2 pounds, making handling and changeout straightforward during scheduled maintenance intervals.
Designed for use with Parker Series 12F coalescing filter housings. Cross-referenced to Speed-Aire 3JV66.
Replacement of compressed air filter elements should be performed by a qualified technician following the filter housing manufacturer's service instructions. Before servicing, isolate and depressurize the filter housing completely and verify zero pressure before opening. Follow applicable compressed air system codes and facility lockout/tagout procedures during element changeout. Dispose of used elements in accordance with local regulations, as they may contain collected oil and contaminants.
