The PARKER PR10-04DSS is a standard compressed air regulator built from stainless steel, designed to regulate downstream pressure in compressed air systems across industrial and commercial applications. It accepts a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi and delivers an adjustable output range of 0 to 250 psi, with a rated flow capacity of 80 CFM. The 1/2 inch NPT port size suits medium-flow pneumatic circuits, and the built-in relief function vents excess pressure when the set point is exceeded. Mechanical contractors, industrial maintenance technicians, and pneumatic system installers work with this regulator in compressed air distribution and point-of-use control applications.
This regulator is suited for use in plant air systems, pneumatic tool supply lines, and process control circuits where precise downstream pressure management is required. A 1/4 inch gauge port is included for optional pressure gauge installation, giving technicians the flexibility to add monitoring without additional fittings. No gauge is included with this unit.
Designed as a standard OEM-style replacement or new-installation regulator for compressed air systems using 1/2 inch NPT ported components and operating within the 0 to 300 psi supply pressure range.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or industrial pipefitter in accordance with applicable OSHA and local compressed air system codes. Depressurize and lock out the air supply fully before removing any existing regulator or installing this unit. Flow direction must be observed — install with supply pressure entering the inlet port. Do not exceed the 300 psi maximum supply pressure rating under any operating condition.
