The PARKER PF504-02DHSS is a compressed air filter designed for inline air-line filtration in pneumatic systems. It removes particulates down to 20 microns, protecting downstream equipment such as valves, actuators, and instrumentation from contamination. Built with a stainless steel bowl and stainless steel body, this filter handles corrosive environments where standard aluminum-bowl units are not suitable. It flows up to 23 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) through a 1/4 in NPT port and features a manual drain for controlled condensate removal. HVAC, industrial, and mechanical contractors install this unit as part of air preparation assemblies on compressed air systems.
This filter is suited for light industrial, commercial, and process applications where corrosion resistance and clean dry air delivery are required. The 1/4 in NPT port size fits compact air-line assemblies typically found on instrument air supplies, pneumatic control circuits, and small air-actuated equipment. Its manual drain and 1-oz bowl capacity make it appropriate for lower-condensate applications where periodic manual servicing is practical.
