The PARKER PF-00183 is a push-to-connect male elbow tube fitting designed for quick, tool-free tube connections in fluid and air line systems. It features a tube-to-MNPT-to-tube configuration, allowing a 3/4 inch OD tube to connect at a right angle to a 1/2 inch male NPTF threaded port. Constructed from brass, the fitting handles a maximum working pressure of 250 psi and operates across a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The nitrile O-ring seals the connection reliably. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid system installers use this fitting in pneumatic and hydraulic tubing runs where a directional change and a threaded port connection are needed at the same junction.
This fitting suits residential and light commercial applications where push-to-connect tube fittings are standard practice. It is appropriate for pneumatic controls, compressed air distribution, and fluid transfer lines that require a 90-degree turn at a male-threaded port. The push-to-connect design reduces installation time by eliminating the need for flaring, soldering, or ferrule compression. This package contains 2 fittings per unit, with a minimum order quantity of 1 package.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch OD tubing and 1/2 inch NPTF male-threaded ports in pneumatic and fluid transfer systems where push-to-connect fittings meet D.O.T. and SAE J2494 requirements.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, HVAC technician, or fluid systems mechanic. Depressurize and isolate the line before removing or installing any fitting. Ensure the NPTF threads are clean and apply appropriate thread sealant per system requirements before hand-tightening and wrenching to final engagement. Confirm tube OD is within specification and tube end is cut square and deburred before inserting into the push-to-connect port.
