The PARKER P3NEA96GSMBNN is a heavy-duty FRL combination unit configured as a single-piece filter/regulator designed for compressed air system maintenance and conditioning. It removes particulates down to 40 microns while regulating downstream supply pressure, making it a core component in pneumatic control systems. Rated to 250 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, this unit handles high-flow industrial and commercial applications. The aluminum body and metal bowl offer durability in demanding shop and plant environments. A built-in sight glass allows quick visual checks of bowl level without disassembly. Installation and service are handled by pipefitters, maintenance technicians, and pneumatic system specialists.
This filter/regulator combination is suited for industrial pneumatic systems requiring reliable air preparation at 3/4 NPT ported connections. It fits inline on compressed air distribution lines upstream of pneumatic tools, actuators, valves, and other air-operated equipment. The modular connection design allows integration into Parker P3NE Series FRL assemblies. Operating temperature range runs from 32 degrees F to 175 degrees F, making it appropriate for standard indoor industrial environments. The manual drain requires periodic operator attention to purge collected moisture and contaminants from the metal bowl.
Designed for use within the Parker P3NE Series FRL platform. Modular connection supports integration with compatible P3NE Series lubricator and additional filter stages. The 3/4 NPT end connections fit standard threaded compressed air piping.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or pneumatic systems technician. De-pressurize and lock out the compressed air supply line before beginning installation or service per applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Install in an upright vertical orientation with the bowl facing downward to allow proper condensate collection and drainage. A pressure gauge is not included and must be sourced separately if monitoring downstream regulated pressure is required.
