The PARKER P01175 is a replacement regulator spring rated at 30 psi maximum working pressure, designed for use in FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) assemblies. This spring is the internal pressure-setting component inside a regulator body, responsible for controlling downstream air pressure to the rated set point. It is installed by pneumatic technicians and millwrights during routine FRL maintenance or when rebuilding a regulator that has lost the ability to hold a stable outlet pressure. At 0.1 pounds, it is a lightweight service part that replaces the worn or fatigued spring inside the regulator without requiring full unit replacement.
This spring is intended for use in compressed air distribution and pneumatic control systems where downstream pressure must be maintained at or below 30 psi. Typical applications include light industrial pneumatic circuits, tool air supply lines, and process air systems where precise low-pressure regulation is required. It is a direct service component for Parker 14R, E, and 15R Series regulators and is not a standalone regulator.
Designed for use with Parker 14R, E, and 15R Series FRL regulators as stated by the manufacturer.
Installation is performed by a qualified pneumatic technician or industrial maintenance professional. Before servicing the regulator, isolate the compressed air supply and bleed all downstream pressure to zero psi. Disassemble the regulator body per the applicable Parker service documentation to access and replace the internal spring. Verify outlet pressure against the system setpoint after reassembly before returning the line to service.
