The PARKER MP11039 is a brass compression tube nut designed to secure tubing in compression-style fittings used across plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-handling systems. The nut threads onto a compression fitting body and, together with a ferrule, creates a leak-resistant mechanical seal around the outside diameter of the tubing without soldering or special tooling. Made from brass, it offers reliable corrosion resistance in water, refrigerant, and low-pressure gas line applications. Each package contains 10 nuts, making it a practical stocking item for service vans and shop inventory. This component is sized for 3/16 inch OD tubing.
Compression tube nuts are commonly used in residential and light commercial installations where tubing must be connected or disconnected without heat. Typical applications include control line tubing, instrument lines, oil lines, and low-pressure refrigerant or water circuits. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters install these as part of compression fitting assemblies on copper or compatible soft tubing. The 10-piece packaging suits both single-job use and general parts replenishment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement compression tube nut for use with standard compression fitting assemblies on 3/16 inch OD tubing in plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-handling applications.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or pipefitters. Before servicing any compression fitting, shut off the fluid or gas supply and relieve line pressure. Hand-tighten the nut onto the fitting body before applying a wrench to avoid cross-threading. Follow applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines for the specific piping system being serviced.
