The PARKER H1-62 is a female pipe rigid hydraulic hose fitting designed for high-pressure fluid and gas transfer in demanding industrial and mobile equipment applications. Built from steel with a straight body profile and NPTF threaded connection, this fitting delivers a maximum working pressure of 5,000 psi. The 1/8-inch hose size and 1/8-inch thread size make it a compact but capable fitting for tight-clearance installations. With an overall length of 1.9 inches and a body diameter of 1/8 inch, the H1-62 is part of Parker's Series 60 hydraulic fitting line and meets ISO 7241-1, Series B standards. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and hydraulic technicians install this fitting in both stationary and mobile systems.
This fitting is suited for use across a range of fluid handling and pneumatic applications including industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment circuits, food and chemical processing systems, water and coolant lines, and gas distribution lines. The NPTF thread form creates a pressure-tight mechanical seal without relying solely on a sealant, making it a practical choice for systems where reliability under sustained pressure is required. Its compact straight-body design supports routing in confined spaces where larger fittings would not fit.
Designed for use with industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment hydraulic circuits, food and chemical processing systems, gas lines, and water and coolant lines requiring a 1/8-inch NPTF female pipe rigid fitting rated to 5,000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or mechanical technician. Always depressurize and bleed down the hydraulic system completely before removing or installing any fitting. NPTF threads rely on thread interference for sealing — inspect threads for damage before assembly and apply thread sealant per the system manufacturer's guidance if required by the application. Torque to the system or fitting manufacturer's specifications using appropriate hydraulic fitting tools; do not over-torque, as steel fittings can be damaged.
