The PARKER fn.lsin385812050 is a TwinGel preinsulated copper line set designed for refrigerant line installations in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The suction and liquid lines are mechanically joined together, reducing installation time and keeping the run neat without additional strapping. The suction line measures 3/8 inches, the liquid line measures 1/2 inch, and the insulation outer diameter is 5/8 inches. Total length is 50 feet. Both lines are shipped with flare nuts included. The foam insulation is rated for high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A and carries a UL723 CLASSIFIED R39562 listing per ASTM E84 with a 25/50 flame and smoke rating.
This line set is suited for ductless mini-split systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, and unitary split systems. The 50-foot length covers most residential and many light commercial runs without splicing. Foot markings are printed on the insulation at every foot increment, allowing technicians to measure refrigerant charge accurately during commissioning and reduce copper scrap on trimmed runs. The white polyethylene outer jacket protects the foam insulation from tearing during pull-through and routing across framing or conduit. The insulation is UV resistant, verified by UL performance testing for a minimum of 5 years of outdoor exposure, making it suitable for exterior line set runs. The insulation surface is also paintable, allowing color-matching to exterior walls or trim.
Designed for use with ductless mini-split systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, and unitary split systems where a 3/8-inch suction line and 1/2-inch liquid line combination is specified.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician familiar with refrigerant piping and EPA Section 608 requirements. Power down the indoor and outdoor units before making any line connections. Flare nuts are included, but confirm flare tool calibration to the manufacturer-specified flare profile before making connections. Avoid kinking the copper lines during routing; use approved bending tools when navigating corners.
