The PARKER 68PLP-10M-6G is a straight push-to-connect male connector fitting designed for tube-to-male tube connections in pneumatic and fluid systems. It accepts a 10mm outside diameter tube on the push-in end and connects to a BSPP male thread on the other. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a silicone-free grease lubricant, the fitting carries a maximum working pressure of 300 psi and is rated for temperatures from 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The yellow release button allows fast, tool-free tube insertion and removal. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance technicians commonly install these fittings in compressed air, water, and fluid control lines.
This fitting is suited for straight inline connections where a 10mm OD tube meets a BSPP male threaded port. Typical applications include pneumatic control circuits, fluid distribution manifolds, and equipment service lines in both light commercial and industrial settings. The nickel-plated brass construction resists corrosion in moderate-duty service environments. The UL94 V-0 flame resistance standard applies to the fitting body components, making it appropriate for installations where flame resistance compliance is required.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement fitting for systems using 10mm OD tubing with BSPP male threaded ports in pneumatic and fluid control applications.
Installation is typically performed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, or industrial maintenance professionals. Depressurize and isolate the line before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure the tube end is cut cleanly and squarely with no burrs before insertion, as irregular cuts can compromise the seal. Verify thread compatibility with the receiving port — this fitting uses BSPP thread, which is not interchangeable with NPT without appropriate adapters.
