The PARKER 66PLP-6M-2G is a push-to-connect elbow tube fitting designed for tube-to-female connections in pneumatic and fluid control systems. It accepts 6mm outside-diameter tubing on one end and connects to a female BSPP-threaded port on the other, with a rated working pressure of 300 psi. The body is nickel-plated brass, and the release button is silicone-free, meeting the UL94 V-0 flame resistance standard. This fitting is installed by HVAC technicians, pneumatic system technicians, and plumbers working on compressed air lines, instrument air circuits, and fluid distribution manifolds where a 90-degree directional change is needed.
This elbow fitting is suited for residential and light commercial pneumatic or fluid systems operating between 0 degrees F and 200 degrees F. Its push-to-connect design speeds up assembly on instrument tubing, control system air lines, and similar applications where 6mm OD tubing is routed in tight spaces requiring a 90-degree turn. The BSPP female thread connection matches standard metric-thread port configurations commonly found on valves, manifolds, and actuators.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect elbow fitting for pneumatic and fluid systems using 6mm OD tubing and female BSPP-threaded ports.
Depressurize and de-energize the system before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Insert tubing fully into the fitting collar until it seats to ensure a leak-free connection. To release tubing, press the yellow release button in while pulling the tube straight out. Inspect tubing cut ends for squareness and burrs before insertion, as a clean cut is required for a proper seal.
