The PARKER 62NFBH-4 is a brass compression tube bulkhead union designed to create a secure, leak-resistant tube connection through a panel or bulkhead wall. It features compression fittings on both ends, allowing it to connect 1/4-inch outside diameter tubing on each side without the need for flaring or soldering. Rated to 150 psi maximum working pressure and capable of handling temperatures from -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F, this fitting is built for demanding fluid and pneumatic line applications. It meets D.O.T. FMVSS571.106, SAE J1131, and SAE J246 standards, making it appropriate for use in regulated plumbing, automotive brake, and fuel line systems.

Depressurize and drain the line completely before removing or installing any compression fitting. Ensure the tubing end is cut square and free of burrs before seating it into the compression nut to achieve a proper seal. Tighten compression fittings to hand-tight plus the appropriate fraction of a turn per the fitting manufacturer guidance — do not over-tighten, as this can deform the ferrule and cause leaks.
