The PARKER 6125-12 is a straight wing nut coupler designed for hydraulic hose connections in high-pressure fluid-power applications. Machined from brass with a 3/4-inch NPTF threaded connection, it delivers a maximum working pressure of 3,000 psi and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F. The wing nut design allows hand-tightening without tools, making field connections faster in demanding environments. This coupler is part of the Parker 6100 Series and is installed by hydraulic technicians and heavy-equipment mechanics working on mobile and stationary hydraulic systems.
This coupler is suited for use on dump trailers, engine test stands, oil field equipment, and submersible pumps. Its brass construction resists corrosion in fluid-transfer lines carrying hydraulic oil and similar media. The 3/4-inch body diameter and straight profile make it a direct-fit solution in systems requiring a threaded NPTF wing nut interface. It is appropriate for both residential and commercial service environments where a reliable, hand-actuated hydraulic hose coupling is required.
Designed for use with dump trailers, engine test stands, oil field equipment, and submersible pumps. Compatible with 3/4-inch NPTF hydraulic hose assemblies within the Parker 6100 Series coupling system.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or mechanic familiar with high-pressure fluid-power systems. Depressurize and bleed the hydraulic circuit completely before disconnecting or installing any coupler. Inspect the NPTF threads on both the coupler and the mating port for damage before assembly. Do not exceed the rated working pressure of 3,000 psi in service.
