The PARKER 4F-V6LN-B is a straight-pattern needle valve designed for precise flow control in high-pressure fluid and gas systems. This needle valve is suited for residential and light commercial applications where accurate flow throttling or shutoff is required. Designed as a standard OEM-style inline needle valve for 1/4 inch female NPT pipe systems in HVAC, refrigeration, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable codes including IFGC and IPC where relevant. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing any existing valve or fitting. Apply thread sealant compatible with the system media to the male NPT threads being engaged; do not apply sealant to the first one or two threads. Verify that flow direction and pressure rating are appropriate for the system before returning the line to service.
