The PARKER 3B-8104N-3A1 is a compressed air oil-water filter separator designed to remove dust, oil, particulate, and liquid water from compressed air lines. It handles up to 63 cubic feet per minute (CFM) and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 250 psi, making it suitable for demanding industrial and commercial compressed air systems. The unit features an automatic drain that eliminates the need for manual purging, reducing maintenance intervals. At 7.5 pounds and 16 inches tall by 20 inches wide, it is sized for fixed inline installation by pipefitters, HVAC technicians, or industrial maintenance professionals.
This filter separator is suited for inline compressed air applications where contamination control is critical — including pneumatic tool supply lines, production equipment air feeds, and HVAC system air preparation. The 1/2-inch NPT end connections allow direct threading into standard compressed air piping. It is rated for use in environments up to 130 degrees F, covering most indoor mechanical and production settings. Applications handling dust, oil aerosols, particulate, and condensed water are all within its specified operating scope.
Designed as a direct inline replacement or new-installation oil-water filter separator for compressed air systems using 1/2-inch NPT piping with flow requirements up to 63 CFM and pressures up to 250 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or mechanical technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air system completely before installing or servicing this unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant to NPT connections per standard piping practices and verify there are no leaks before returning the system to service. Mount the unit in the correct flow orientation as indicated on the body, and ensure the auto drain has clearance to discharge freely.
