The PARKER 372PTCSP-6-6 is a push-to-connect plug fitting designed to cap off open tubing ends in pneumatic and fluid systems. Constructed from brass with Buna-N seals and a nylon body component, this plug accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing and holds a maximum working pressure of 250 psi. Installation requires no tools and no thread sealant -- the push-to-connect mechanism locks tubing in place with a single insertion. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service techs use these fittings to terminate lines quickly during service, testing, or staged installations.
This plug fitting is suited for low-voltage pneumatic controls, compressed air distribution lines, and fluid handling systems where a clean, pressure-rated termination is needed. It is appropriate for both residential and light commercial applications. The push-to-connect design speeds up line capping during system isolation or maintenance without requiring soldering, compression tools, or threaded fittings.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect plug for systems using 3/8 inch OD tubing in pneumatic controls, compressed air lines, and fluid distribution applications.
Installation is performed by a licensed HVAC technician, plumber, or qualified industrial service technician. Before inserting or removing the fitting, depressurize and isolate the affected line entirely. To release the fitting, depress the collet ring while withdrawing the tubing. Do not exceed the rated 250 psi working pressure and verify that system media is compatible with brass and Buna-N materials before installation.
