The PARKER 322HB-3N is a single-barb tube union connector designed to join two lengths of flexible tubing in fluid transfer and pneumatic plumbing systems. Molded from white nylon, this straight union fits tubing with a 3/16 inch inside diameter and a 0.25 inch outside diameter on each end. It carries an overall length of 1.61 inches and is rated for working pressures up to 125 psi. The fitting meets FDA compliance and NSF/ANSI 51 certification, making it suitable for applications involving food-zone or potable-water-adjacent fluid handling. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and equipment service techs are the typical installers.
This union connector is used in residential and light commercial installations where two sections of small-bore flexible tubing must be joined inline. Common applications include condensate drain lines, refrigeration equipment, beverage dispensing equipment, ice machines, and other food-service or fluid-handling assemblies that require NSF/ANSI 51 compliant components. The nylon construction handles a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F, covering most standard indoor service environments.
Designed for use with flexible tubing having a 3/16 inch inside diameter and a 0.25 inch outside diameter. Suitable as a straight union fitting in any fluid or pneumatic system where NSF/ANSI 51 compliant nylon barbed fittings are specified.
Shut off fluid supply and relieve system pressure before removing or installing any barbed fitting. Push tubing fully onto each barb until it seats against the fitting body; hose clamps may be added where pressure cycling or vibration is present. This fitting is intended for use within its rated pressure and temperature limits — do not use in systems exceeding 125 psi or 200 degrees F. Installation in potable water or food-contact equipment should comply with applicable local plumbing codes and NSF/ANSI 51 requirements.
