The PARKER 265NTA-10 is a brass compression tube union designed to join two compression-end tube lines in a single inline connection. It accepts compression fittings on both ends and holds a maximum working pressure of 150 psi across a service temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. Built to brass construction, this union provides corrosion resistance and reliable sealing in hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid transfer lines. It is installed by plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid system mechanics wherever a straight union connection between two compression tubes is required.
The 265NTA-10 is suited for residential and light commercial applications involving compressed air, fuel, or fluid lines where DOT-compliant fittings are specified. Its 0.398-inch inside diameter accommodates standard tube sizing in brake, fuel, and hydraulic line assemblies. It meets D.O.T. FMVSS571.106, SAE J1131, and SAE J246 standards, making it appropriate for automotive and mobile equipment fluid systems as well as stationary plumbing installations requiring certified compression fittings.
Designed as a DOT- and SAE-compliant OEM-style compression tube union for automotive, mobile equipment, and stationary fluid line applications requiring a straight inline compression fitting connection.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber or fluid systems technician familiar with compression fitting assembly. Depressurize and drain the line completely before disconnecting or installing any compression fitting. Use the appropriate tube cutter and deburring tool to ensure a clean, square tube end before seating the compression sleeve. Overtightening compression fittings can deform the ferrule and cause leaks — follow standard industry torque practice for the tube diameter.
