The PARKER 207ACBH-16 is a brass anchor coupling designed to create a secure, fixed connection point in hydraulic and fluid-transfer piping systems. The fitting features a 1-inch SAE straight thread O-ring boss (SAE-ORB) inlet and a 1-inch NPTF female threaded outlet, providing a leak-resistant transition between these two common thread standards. Rated to 1000 psi, it is built for demanding industrial fluid-line applications. Licensed plumbers, hydraulic technicians, and industrial piping mechanics install this type of fitting when a line anchor point is required to prevent movement or vibration transfer through a plumbing or hydraulic circuit.
This anchor coupling is suited for industrial fluid-power and hydraulic plumbing installations where a stationary mount point is needed at a panel, bulkhead, or structural member. The SAE-ORB x NPTF configuration makes it appropriate for connecting hydraulic lines to ports and manifolds that use NPTF-threaded fittings on the downstream side. It is sold individually and is a direct replacement or web-sourced component for maintenance, repair, and new-build hydraulic and fluid-handling systems.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for industrial hydraulic and fluid-transfer piping systems that require a 1-inch SAE-ORB to 1-inch NPTF female thread anchor connection point.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or licensed plumber following applicable industry codes. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic or fluid circuit completely before removing or installing any fitting. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the fluid type on the NPTF threads; the SAE-ORB port seals via the O-ring face and does not require thread sealant on that end. Inspect the O-ring and seating surface before assembly and do not overtighten, as brass fittings are subject to thread damage if excessive force is applied.
