The PARKER 2-2 FH2BZ-SS is a stainless steel compression tube bulkhead connector designed to pass tubing through a panel, bulkhead, or enclosure wall while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant seal. It connects a compression fitting on one side to a male NPT thread on the other, allowing techs to transition between tube and threaded pipe systems in a single fitting. Rated to a maximum working pressure of 10,900 psi, this connector is built for demanding fluid and pneumatic control applications where high-pressure integrity and corrosion resistance are required.
This bulkhead connector is suited for use in industrial, HVAC, pneumatic, and hydraulic control panels where tubing must pass through a chassis wall and terminate at a threaded port. The compression end accepts tubing and provides a reliable seal without soldering or flaring. The MNPT end threads into a standard female NPT port. Plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians typically install this fitting in high-pressure instrument lines, refrigeration control systems, and process fluid assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for compression tube systems using 1/8 inch NPT threaded ports in high-pressure fluid and pneumatic control applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, pipefitter, or instrumentation technician familiar with compression fitting assembly and NPT thread sealing practices. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT end per manufacturer and applicable code guidance; hand-tighten then wrench-tighten the NPT connection without overtightening. Compression ends should be assembled per standard compression fitting procedures and inspected for tube squareness and proper ferrule seating before pressurizing.
