The PARKER 171PLP-12M-4G is a push-to-connect swivel male run tee fitting designed for tube-to-tube-to-male inline connections in pneumatic and fluid plumbing systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a silicone-free grease lubricant, it meets the UL94 V-0 flame resistance standard. The fitting handles up to 300 psi working pressure and operates across a temperature range of 0 to 200 degrees F. The yellow release button allows for fast tube insertion and removal without tools. BSPP male thread on the branch port accepts standard metric-thread pneumatic and fluid components. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial pipe fitters install this fitting in compressed air, water, and compatible fluid distribution lines.
This fitting is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial pneumatic or plumbing systems where a swivel male run tee connection is required. The 12mm tube outside diameter ports accept standard metric push-to-connect tubing. The swivel feature on the male branch port allows for easier alignment during installation, reducing stress on adjacent fittings and tubing runs. Applications include compressed air distribution manifolds, fluid control panels, and process equipment plumbing where inline tee connections are needed.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement fitting for pneumatic and fluid plumbing systems using 12mm outside diameter tubing and BSPP male branch thread connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial pipe fitter familiar with push-to-connect fittings and BSPP thread standards. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Confirm tube outside diameter and thread type match the fitting specifications before assembly. Do not exceed the rated working pressure or temperature limits stated by the manufacturer.
