The PARKER 164PLP-4M is a push-to-connect union tee tube fitting constructed from nickel-plated brass with a silver body and yellow release button. It accepts three tube connections in a tee configuration with a 4mm outside diameter, making it a compact, tool-free solution for branching pneumatic or fluid lines. Rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure and suitable for service between 0 and 200 degrees F, this fitting is designed for professionals working with small-bore tubing in instrumentation, pneumatic control, or light-duty fluid systems. The UL94 V-0 flame resistance rating and silicone-free grease make it compatible with sensitive applications.
This fitting is used wherever a push-to-connect branch connection is needed on 4mm OD tubing runs. Typical install scenarios include pneumatic control panels, automation equipment, HVAC control tubing, and compressed air distribution in light industrial or commercial settings. The union tee design allows any of the three ports to be disconnected independently without disturbing the other legs of the circuit, simplifying service and reconfiguration tasks.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for systems using 4mm outside diameter tubing in pneumatic, instrumentation, or light-duty fluid service applications.
Installation is performed by instrumentation technicians, HVAC controls technicians, or pneumatic system mechanics. Before connecting or disconnecting tubing, depressurize the circuit completely and verify the system is isolated from the supply source. Insert tubing straight and fully into each port until it seats against the internal collet. To release, depress the yellow release button while withdrawing the tube — do not pull the tube without pressing the button, as this can damage the internal collet.
