The PARKER 07L42BE is a standard mist-type compressed air lubricator designed to introduce a controlled oil mist into a compressed air line, protecting downstream pneumatic tools, cylinders, valves, and other air-powered components from wear and corrosion. Built on the Parker Series 07L platform, it features a zinc body and a polycarbonate bowl with a metal bowl guard for visibility and mechanical protection. The 3/4 inch NPT port handles flow rates up to 90 CFM, making it well-suited for mid-sized industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. It includes a sight glass for monitoring oil delivery and supports modular connection for use in FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) assemblies. Licensed pneumatic system technicians and industrial maintenance mechanics are the primary installers.
This lubricator is used in compressed air distribution systems where downstream pneumatic equipment requires continuous oil mist lubrication. It fits inline with 3/4 inch NPT piping and is compatible with modular FRL setups in manufacturing, automotive service, industrial automation, and general-purpose shop air systems. The 90 CFM rating suits compressor systems feeding multiple tools or higher-demand single-tool applications. Minimum working temperature is 32 degrees F, so it is intended for indoor or climate-controlled installations where freezing conditions will not occur.

Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before installation or service. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to all NPT connections and verify for leaks after pressurizing. Fill the bowl with a pneumatic tool oil rated for mist lubricators before placing the system in service; do not overfill beyond the bowl capacity.
