The PARKER 06L34BE is an intermediate compressed air lubricator designed to deliver controlled oil mist into downstream pneumatic systems, protecting cylinders, valves, and air tools from wear. Part of the Parker Series 06L, this unit handles up to 90 CFM at a 1/2 inch NPT port and is built with a zinc body and metal bowl for durability in industrial and commercial environments. A built-in sight glass allows quick visual verification of oil flow without interrupting service. The nitrile seal material provides reliable performance across a broad range of petroleum-based lubricating oils. Maintenance technicians and pneumatic system installers working on production lines, workshops, and mechanical rooms are the primary installers of this component.
The 06L34BE is suited for intermediate-duty compressed air distribution systems where consistent lubrication of downstream pneumatic components is required. Its modular connection design allows it to be integrated into a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assembly alongside compatible Parker Series 06 filter and regulator units. The 2.9 oz bowl capacity and manual drain make it appropriate for systems with moderate condensate and oil cycling needs. Typical applications include factory air systems, pneumatic conveying equipment, and maintenance air drops in industrial facilities.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation lubricator for intermediate compressed air systems using 1/2 inch NPT connections, compatible with modular Parker Series 06L filter and regulator assemblies where stated by the installer.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical technician following applicable compressed air system codes and manufacturer guidelines. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this lubricator. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl oriented downward to ensure proper oil reservoir function and manual drain access. Verify NPT thread engagement and use appropriate thread sealant compatible with the lubricating oil in service.
