The PARKER 06E22A13AC is a single-piece filter/regulator combination unit designed for compressed air preparation in pneumatic systems. Part of Parker's 06E series, this intermediate-body FRL unit filters particulates down to 40 microns while regulating downstream pressure, keeping air supply clean and at a controlled pressure for downstream equipment. It accepts up to 150 psi supply pressure and flows up to 55 SCFM, making it suitable for mid-range pneumatic circuits. The zinc body and polycarbonate bowl with bowl guard offer durability in typical industrial environments. A manual drain allows periodic removal of collected moisture and contaminants. A licensed HVAC or industrial mechanical technician typically installs this unit as part of a compressed air preparation train.
This filter/regulator is suited for intermediate-duty industrial and light commercial pneumatic systems where a single integrated unit is preferred over separate filter and regulator components. The 3/8 NPT end connections fit standard compressed air distribution piping. The modular connection feature allows this unit to be combined with additional Parker 06E series components such as lubricators to build a full FRL train. It operates within a temperature range of 32 degrees F to 125 degrees F, appropriate for indoor installations. The 1/4-inch gauge port allows the addition of a downstream pressure gauge if monitoring is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation filter/regulator for compressed air systems using 3/8 NPT connections. Compatible with Parker 06E series modular pneumatic preparation components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system plumbing and applicable codes. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl pointing downward to allow proper moisture collection and drainage. Ensure all NPT connections are sealed with an appropriate thread sealant rated for compressed air service.
