The PANDUIT LCDX1/0-14A-X is a two-hole copper compression lug designed for making secure, low-resistance terminations on electrical conductors. Copper construction provides reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance in demanding wiring environments. This type of lug is crimped onto the conductor using an appropriate compression tool, then bolted to a bus bar, lug pad, or equipment terminal. It is commonly installed by licensed electricians working on power distribution, motor termination, and grounding applications where a permanent, vibration-resistant connection is required.
This compression lug is suited for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical installations. The two-hole mounting configuration allows the lug to be secured to standard dual-bolt terminal pads and bus bars, distributing mechanical load and preventing rotation at the connection point. It is appropriate for use in panelboards, switchgear, disconnect enclosures, and similar equipment where conductor terminations must meet NEC requirements for proper ampacity and secure attachment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard compression lug for use in electrical panels, switchgear, and power distribution equipment requiring two-hole copper compression terminations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). De-energize and lock out the circuit before beginning any termination work. Use only a compression tool rated and dies sized for this lug to achieve a proper crimp. Torque mounting hardware to the equipment terminal manufacturer specifications as found on the equipment nameplate or documentation.
