The PANDUIT FX2ERQ1Q1SNM016 is a 2-fiber OM3 multimode duplex fiber optic patch cable with a 1.6mm cordage diameter, rated OFNR (Optical Fiber Nonconductive Riser) for riser-rated plenum and general-purpose runs. The push-pull connector housing allows for dense panel terminations where traditional latch-tab access is restricted. PC (Physical Contact) polish on the connector endfaces minimizes back-reflection and insertion loss. This cable is used by low-voltage technicians and network cabling installers working in structured cabling environments, data centers, and telecommunications rooms.
This patch cable is suited for horizontal and riser runs in commercial and enterprise environments where OM3 50-micron multimode fiber is the installed plant standard. The 1.6mm jacket diameter is well suited for high-density patching at fiber distribution panels and enclosures. The OFNR rating allows installation in riser pathways between floors without additional conduit in most jurisdictions. The push-pull connector design is particularly useful at high-density patch panels where fingers or latch tools cannot easily reach individual connectors.

Installation should be performed by a qualified low-voltage technician or registered communications distribution designer familiar with TIA-568 and NEC Article 770 requirements. Power down or place active ports in a safe state before disconnecting live fiber links to avoid optical hazard to eyes. Do not exceed the minimum bend radius of the cordage during routing through trays, conduit, or panel dressing. Inspect connector endfaces with an approved fiber inspection scope before mating to avoid contamination-related signal loss.
