The PANDUIT FS2EPKHLNNHM009 is a 2-fiber duplex fiber optic patch cord built for high-density multimode network installations. Constructed with a 1.6mm diameter cable jacket rated OFNP (Optical Fiber Nonconductive Plenum), this cord is suitable for air-handling plenum spaces where fire and smoke ratings are code-required. The LC keyed connector configuration supports polarity management in structured cabling environments. This patch cord is designed for installation by low-voltage technicians and network cabling professionals working in enterprise, data center, and commercial building backbone or horizontal runs.
This patch cord is intended for use in OM4+ multimode fiber optic cabling systems. The OFNP plenum jacket rating makes it appropriate for above-ceiling and air-handling plenum pathways in commercial and institutional facilities. The LC keyed connector design helps enforce correct polarity alignment in duplex fiber applications, reducing the risk of mismatched connections in high-port-density patch panels and transceivers. It is sold as a single unit and is compatible with LC-style adapter panels and keyed LC transceiver ports.
Designed for use with OM4+ multimode fiber optic infrastructure. Compatible with LC keyed adapter panels and LC-port transceivers in duplex fiber deployments. Specific system compatibility should be verified against the installed fiber plant and transceiver specifications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified low-voltage technician or certified fiber optic installer in accordance with TIA-568 structured cabling standards. Before handling, power down or disable active transceivers to avoid exposure to optical emissions. Inspect connector ferrules for contamination and clean per IEC 61300-3-35 procedures before mating. Do not exceed the minimum bend radius of the 1.6mm cable during routing or termination.
