This jack module is used in structured cabling systems requiring Cat 6A performance, supporting 10-Gigabit Ethernet applications over copper. Designed as an OEM-style replacement and new-installation component for use within the PANDUIT Mini-Com modular cabling system, including compatible Mini-Com faceplates, surface mount boxes, and patch panels.
Installation is performed by a licensed low-voltage cabling technician or licensed electrician in accordance with ANSI/TIA-568 structured cabling standards and applicable local codes. De-energize any adjacent powered equipment and follow proper ESD precautions before handling the module. Use a 110-style punch-down tool or the appropriate termination tool specified for Cat 6A termination to avoid performance degradation.
