The OSG HP434-5006 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built on OSG's HP434 series platform, it features a 0.5 inch mill diameter, a 0.06 inch corner radius, and four flutes with a right-hand spiral and medium helix angle of 35 degrees. A physical vapor deposition (PVD) TiAlN coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection at elevated cutting speeds. The tool is center-cutting and handles both roughing and finishing operations in a single pass. It is intended for use in CNC machining centers with a compatible straight-cylindrical toolholder.
