The OSG HP255-2087 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in ferrous materials. It measures 5.3 mm in diameter with an overall length of 82 mm and a flute length of 44 mm. The 140-degree point angle and R-thinned web promote self-centering entry and reduce thrust when drilling into steel, alloy steel, and cast iron. WD1 coating adds surface hardness and wear resistance for extended tool life in demanding production environments. The straight-cylindrical shank seats securely in standard drill chucks and collet holders.
