The OSG 91100311 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for high-performance milling in hardened steels, cast iron, and hard materials. The mill measures 3.00 mm (0.1181 inches) in diameter with a 4.50 mm length of cut and a 50 mm overall length. It features a 6.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank with an h6 tolerance, a 30-degree right-hand helical flute geometry, and a WXS TiAlN PVD coating. The ultra-fine micrograin carbide substrate and two-flute design handle both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool.
