The OSG 8670900 is a solid carbide screw machine length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in demanding metal-cutting applications. Built to Series 6300 standards, it features a 0.3543 inch (9.00 mm) cutting diameter with a 140-degree split point and R-thinned web geometry that reduces thrust and improves chip evacuation at entry. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 10.00 mm in diameter, and the overall length is 89.00 mm (approximately 3.5 inches). Two spiral flutes with a regular helix and 2xD flute-to-diameter ratio keep the tool rigid and stable in short-reach screw machine length applications. Coated finish extends tool life.
