The OSG 800-8018 is a double-cut carbide abrasive bur with a ball head shape, designed for aggressive material removal on hard and tough workpieces. It features a 3/32-inch cutting diameter and mounts on a 1/8-inch shank, with an overall length of 1.5 inches. The uncoated carbide head delivers durability and edge retention across a wide range of demanding materials. This bur is used by machinists, tool and die makers, welders, and fabricators for deburring, grinding, shaping, and surface blending in both production and maintenance applications.

The 800-8018 is suited for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium, as well as other hard materials.
