It carries a 13/64 inch (0.2031 inch decimal) diameter with a 140-degree point angle and an R-thinned web for improved self-centering and reduced thrust. The EgiAs coating extends tool life in demanding applications. At 100.00 mm overall length with a 42.00 mm flute length, this bit fits standard straight-cylindrical shank toolholders. Three spiral flutes with a regular helix provide efficient chip evacuation. This drill bit is built for cutting steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hardened steel — ISO material groups P, M, K, and H. Installation Notes

Install into a clean, properly sized straight-shank collet or drill chuck and verify runout before cutting. Power down the machine and follow lockout-tagout procedures before changing tooling. When using coolant-through capability, confirm the toolholder and spindle are rated for internal coolant delivery and set pressure to the machine specification. Inspect the cutting edge and coating for wear or chipping before each use, as carbide tools are brittle and should not be forced into interrupted cuts without confirming suitability.
