The OSG 631024911 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to Letter E (0.2500 inch / 6.35 mm). It features a 140-degree R-thinned point that promotes self-centering entry and reduces thrust load on the spindle. The EgiAs multi-layer coating extends tool life in abrasive and hardened workpiece materials. With a straight cylindrical shank and right-hand spiral flute geometry, this drill mounts directly in standard chucks and collet holders. It is built to OSG Series 6310 specifications and is intended for high-performance production or job-shop drilling in ferrous materials.
