The OSG 5360300 is a 3-flute cobalt square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in ferrous and high-temperature alloy materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it offers improved heat and wear resistance compared to standard M2 HSS tooling. The 0.250-inch cutting diameter pairs with a 1.250-inch length of cut, making it well-suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling where a longer reach is required. The 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. This end mill is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry into workpiece material without a pre-drilled start hole. It is intended for installation and use by machinists and toolroom professionals.
