The OSG 5223105 is a cobalt square end mill designed for milling operations that demand durability and heat resistance. Built to M42 cobalt material grade, this double-end tool features a 3/4 inch cutting diameter, a 1-5/16 inch length of cut, and a 5 inch overall length. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With 2 spiral flutes and a 30-degree helix angle, it produces efficient chip evacuation during peripheral and slot milling. Installation Notes
