The OSG 447100711 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. Part of the OSG Series 4471, it features a 1/8 inch diameter with a 0.02 inch corner radius and four helical flutes with a 45-degree helix angle. The WXS PVD coating provides enhanced wear resistance and heat tolerance, making this tool suitable for both roughing and finishing passes. With an overall length of 2.25 inches and a 0.4375 inch length of cut, this single-end mill is engineered for extended reach situations where standard-length tools cannot reach the workpiece geometry.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where tight-tolerance contouring and corner radius profiling are required. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
