The OSG 403-1094 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in metal, composites, and engineered plastics. With a 7/64 inch (0.1094 inch) cutting diameter and a 3/8 inch length of cut, this tool handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in tight-tolerance applications. The three-flute geometry balances chip evacuation with rigidity, making it well suited for harder workpiece materials where tool deflection must be minimized. A 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth cutting action and efficient chip flow. Micrograin carbide construction provides hardness and wear resistance beyond standard carbide grades.
