The OSG 36702011 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. Built to the OSG Series 3670 specification, it features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 0.02 inch corner radius, and four helical flutes with a 30-degree helix angle. The WXL PVD coating provides wear resistance and thermal protection across a wide range of workpiece materials. At 2.5 inches overall length with a 1 inch length of cut, this single-end, centercutting tool is suited for both roughing and finishing passes. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals select this mill for its micrograin carbide construction and tight diameter tolerance of 0.0000 to -0.0008 inches.
This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where corner radius profiling is required. It accepts standard toolholders with a 3/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank (h6 tolerance). The 36702011 is rated for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials, making it a versatile choice for job shops, aerospace, and general metalworking applications. It is not configured for coolant-through delivery and carries a normal pitch designation.

Consult the applicable speeds and feeds data for the specific workpiece material and coating class before programming the toolpath.
