The OSG 3190800 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. With a 0.8 mm mill diameter, a 0.1 mm corner radius, and four helical flutes in a right-hand cutting direction, this tool delivers accurate edge geometry on tight-tolerance features. The WXS physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating provides enhanced wear resistance and heat reduction during cutting. The extended-reach neck design, with a 0.75 mm neck diameter and 2.0 mm reach length, allows access to deep or confined features. This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers and is handled by machinists and tooling specialists working in precision shops.

The OSG 3190800 is built for roughing and finishing operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hard materials. Installation Notes

Installation and tool changes must be performed by a qualified machinist with the spindle fully stopped and machine power isolated per shop lockout-tagout procedures. Seat the 4 mm straight shank fully in the toolholder collet and torque the retention mechanism to the toolholder specification. Inspect the corner radius geometry and coating condition before each use, as micro end mills at this diameter are sensitive to runout and improper seating. Do not exceed the recommended depth of cut for the 0.32 mm length of cut at this diameter.
