The OSG 3182442 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in metal cutting and machining applications. It carries a 0.1654-inch (4.2 mm) mill diameter, a 0.4961-inch length of cut, and a 0.2362-inch (6.00 mm) shank diameter. The 2-flute configuration with a 35-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The WXL coating is applied to extend tool life in demanding cutting conditions. This end mill is centercutting and suitable for plunge milling as well as peripheral cutting.
