Product Description

The OSG 3101013 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of steel, stainless steel, and hard materials. It features a 1 mm cutting diameter with a 0.2 mm corner radius and a 2-flute, right-hand helical geometry. The WXS PVD coating improves wear resistance and extends tool life in demanding ferrous and hard-material applications. With a 4 mm straight-cylindrical shank and an overall length of 50 mm, this stub-length tool fits standard toolholders used in CNC machining centers. It is center-cutting and configured for right-hand cutting direction.

This end mill is suited for finish and semi-finish milling operations on steel and stainless steel workpieces where a radiused corner profile is required. The extended-reach neck design, with a neck diameter of 0.95 mm and a reach length of 8 mm, allows access to recessed features and tight cavities. The coarse pitch, single-end configuration and stub length of cut make it appropriate for short, controlled passes in high-hardness materials. Installation Notes

Do not exceed the recommended depth of cut for the 0.8 mm length of cut.
