The OSG 20225100 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations on non-ferrous metals. With a 1/2 inch mill diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.03 inch corner radius, this single-end tool delivers controlled edge geometry that reduces chipping and extends tool life in aluminum, brass, copper, and similar materials. The 2-flute, right-hand helical flute design promotes efficient chip evacuation at higher feed rates. It is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled starting point. At 3 inches overall length with a 1/2 inch straight-cylindrical shank, it fits standard toolholders used in CNC machining centers and manual mills.
