The OSG 15116005 is a No. 32 wire gauge cobalt jobber-length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in steel and alloy steel. The bit measures 0.116 inches (2.95 mm) in diameter with an overall length of 3-1/16 inches and a flute length of 1-5/8 inches. The 130-degree split point geometry reduces walking and improves self-centering without a center punch. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating increases surface hardness and extends tool life in ferrous materials. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard three-jaw drill chucks. Machinists, tool and die techs, and maintenance professionals use this bit for precision drilling in production and repair environments.

This bit is suited for blind hole drilling, cross-hole drilling, and general through-hole work in steel and alloy steel workpieces.
