The OSG 1500101300 is a double-end plug thread gage used to verify internal thread conformance on 10-24 UNC threaded holes to the 2B tolerance class. One end carries the Go member, which confirms the thread is within maximum material limits. The opposite end carries the No Go member, which confirms the thread has not been cut oversized. The gage is manufactured from high speed steel for wear resistance and dimensional stability. A handle is included. Machinists, quality inspectors, and tool-room technicians use this gage during in-process and final inspection of tapped holes.
This gage is suited to production and inspection environments where 10-24 UNC internal threads must be verified against 2B tolerance requirements.
